The 4pets Penthouse is the first solution combining safe transportation for your small dog with ultimate comfort. It has been crash-tested and approved by the German TÜV for transporting dogs up to 3.5kg (7.7lb) and is therefore ideal for many Toy breeds.
The clean, classic design lines of the Casablanca Penthouse features an aluminium coloured base and vintage inspired dark reds and browns which create a timeless look with unprecedented functionality.
Penthouse pets will probably be travelling on the passenger seat, riding high enough (it's a penthouse!) to make easy eye contact, although it's important that the driver has a clear line of sight through the whole of the passenger door window at all times.
The Penthouse is supplied with a docking station, a device which is held in place with the car seatbelt. When you're ready to drive, just click the Penthouse into the docking station, one easy action, and off you go. The Penthouse is removed with a simple pull tab – there's one of these on both sides of the docking station so you can pick up the Penthouse from either the driver's seat or via the open passenger door.
Ideal for many Toy breed especially Chihuahua, Japanese Chin, Maltese, Pomeranian, and Yorkshire Terrier. No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.
Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.
If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
