Travelling with Pets is a trading name of John Jordan Limited. Our whole business specialises in load carrying products, and we’ve been trading for approximately 20 years as The Roof Box Company (www.roofbox.co.uk), distributing some of the best known brands in the car racks sector.

Our company strapline “Travel in safety, comfort and style!” applies just as well to this Travelling with Pets website – and as much to our four legged customers as to our two legged ones!

For example, we are the UK and Irish distributors for the Swiss-made 4pets ProLine range of dog crates, crash-tested and safety approved by the German TÜV, the benchmark for product safety testing. 4pets ProLine also have many features which make them particularly easy to live with – they were designed by dog enthusiasts – and they are very sensibly priced.

Smaller pets will travel in exceptional comfort and style in any of Emanuele Bianchi’s range of small pet carriers – they’re ideal for cats as well as for smaller dog breeds. One of these, the JetSet range, even has a safety accessory which clips into a car’s ISOFIX connections and has passed the same crash-testing regime that’s used for child car seats. Or it can be carried on a bike, or over your shoulder, or on a trolley that makes things much easier at stations and airports.

In summary, you’ll see that most of the products we sell are not only innovative but are of very high quality; many are unique.

We’re a family business, based in Sedbergh in south Cumbria, on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
