Delivery Information

It's important that your dog is suitably restrained when it's travelling in the car with you. It's the law and it's there to keep both you and your dog safe. Sherpa harnesses have been tested well beyond crash-testing and are designed to meet child safety standards. The large chest area distributes the weight much better than smaller harnesses. You'll notice that the Sherpa harness is more heavy-duty than a normal dog harness, to make it even safer.The large size is crash tested up to 60lbs / 27kgFour adjustment points for a perfect fitPadded chest area for comfortHas a reflective trimCan also be used with a lead (secured with two D-rings) - convenient when you need to stop We would always recommend using the harness on the rear seats. Next Day Delivery Information

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.

Delivery Surcharges

Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.

If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
