Great for walking, driving, biking and travelling, the USB carrier has a range of features making it the perfect carry along solution for your pet. The carrier is made from 1800 denier ballistic nylon with double sewn seams meaning it is hard wearing, weatherproof as well as being unscratchable. The hypoallergenic fabric and UV protective mesh windows mean your pet will travel in safety and comfort in all situations.

Unique to the USB, the carrier has two removable padded panels which can be velcroed to the side of the bag covering the side mesh windows providing additional comfort and safety for your pet inside. This is in addition to the soft fabric lining on the base of the bag. These panels enable you to create a warm and cosy environment for your pet in colder conditions and by removing them, allow air to circulate around the bag making a cooler environment in warmer months or when youre in a confined environment such as a train or in the car.

Youll also find an extendable safety quick release clip inside to attach to your pets collar to prevent them from climbing out of the bag, whilst the removable end mesh windows mean your pet can keep an eye on where theyre heading if you wish. Dont worry about losing the mesh windows as there is a handy press stud inside the bag to attach these to when not in use.

The wide opening top makes lifting your pet in and out of the bag hassle free, some thing which can sometimes be a problem with small pet carriers or more reluctant pets.

The USB is especially versatile when it comes to carrying, there are two short straps included for use as handheld carrying handles or to convert the bag to a rucksack and a longer strap for carrying the bag over your shoulder. Travelling by car with the USB is also possible as you can use the straps to secure the bag to your car seats.

The vast range of additional accessories mean youre covered for all modes of transport from bikes, planes and trains. In short, the USB provides the perfect answer to your small pets needs and requirements, no matter where your journey takes you.

Next Day Delivery Information

No courier company can ever ‘guarantee’ a Next Day’ delivery. All courier companies occasionally have the same transport problems as can happen to everyone else, including snow blocked roads, closed roads, traffic jams, mechanical breakdown, an inability to find the delivery address, or to gain access to it if, for example, it’s in a block of flats. We work with some of the best couriers in the business, and overall they provide an outstanding service.

Delivery Surcharges

Due to the size and weight of some items, delivery surcharges may apply. Should this be the case we will contact you by email or phone before the order is processed.

If for any reason delivery is not made or the item is not required, and the parcel is returned to us, all return carriage costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns

If you decide to cancel your order - then you must contact us in writing within fourteen calendar days of receiving the order to request a Returns Form and Returns Number. We will require the goods to be received at our Sedbergh premises within 14 days of this cancellation instruction. The goods must also (1) be unused and (2) be in their original packaging so they are resellable as new. You should return the goods to us at your cost. If we have made a mistake, e.g. we have sent the wrong items and there is no time to correct the error, then of course we will collect the goods and refund you in full, including carriage charges.

Faulty Goods

If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty, please phone or e-mail and we will attend to the problem without delay. Problems with products that have been sold by us and are under guarantee should be referred to us in the first instance.
